Ordering

1. Placing an order reserves the product, so only place orders you intend to immediately fulfill, and you have the money to pay for right away.
2. All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

1. All orders that are marked delivered are not covered for any replacements or refunds.
2. Items that are lost in transit go through our process of replacements. This may take up to 21 business days following Canada Post’s case investigation. We may cover 100% of your order, over a single or multiple orders.
